New Reservation and No Show Policies- Effective 8/1/24
Reservations- Beginning on August 1, 2024, public reservations will be available 8 days in advance starting at 8:00pm, reservations are required to be made online. CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND SHORT-SHOW POLICY Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $10 per golfer will be collected at the time the reservation is made. The deposit will be applied to the golfer’s tee time upon check-in at the golf course. The $10 non-refundable deposit per person will be forfeited for the number of players who are canceled or do not check-in for their tee time. No Show/ Short-Show Policy: A $10 per player no-show fee will additionally be charged to the golfer who booked the tee time if a tee time is not checked in and paid for prior to the tee time. Tee times must be cancelled or reduced at least 48 hours in advance to avoid late cancellation, no-show and short-show fees of an additional $10 pp. A short show occurs when a reservation is made for a foursome, and less than four players show up on that day to play golf. Although reducing the player count outside of the 48-hour window will result in forfeiture of $10 per person the player count is reduced, it will keep a $10 pp late cancelation, no-show or short-show from being additionally processed. Golf course reserves the right to fill any unused slots or tee times.
